投訴成大通識課有性別歧視的學生白黴菌（化名）被授課老師提告後，個人臉書頁面引起激烈論辯。白黴菌曾在臉書分享自己的上課筆記，並表示「才剛開始上課五分鐘，已經很想逃出教室。」雖有網友力挺，但也有人反諷他根本是想賺營養學分，「得了便宜還賣乖」。

白黴菌說，在性平會駁回老師的申訴之後，原以為事情已經告一段落，但卻收到來自2位主要授課老師的刑事告訴，兩張單子的罪名分別是「恐嚇罪、妨害名譽罪」、「妨害名譽罪」；目前校方站在保護學生的立場，已經安排校聘律師陪同他作筆錄，並提供法律諮詢，但家人仍受到極大壓力。

白黴菌指出，在走申訴途徑之前，早已透過作業傳達希望老師修改用語等建議，但沒想到當初釋出的溝通善意，竟被「拿來當作報復學生的籌碼」；而且做出決策的是性平會，卻反來告學生，認為老師是「柿子挑軟的吃」，再退讓會被「軟土深掘」，決定公開始末。

提告的老師針對白黴菌質疑「課堂上不當用語」提出澄清，表示所說都是事實，比如「同性戀精神病患較多」有論文佐證，其他也有相關臨床數據、照片等。但白黴菌認為這只是用現在社會仍沒有性別平等的「表面事實」，來強化「性別刻板印象」，根本無法佐證這些影響不是在心理、社會壓力下產生的。

據了解，老師在自訴書中以課堂回饋指出，「大多數學生均表示從本課程獲益良多」，但也有修課學生在臉書表示「面臨畢業壓力，我需要學分。所以在課堂上表達抗議即使劍拔弩張，我還是留了幾步退路給自己」，反駁老師以回饋單證明上課內容沒問題。

白黴菌表示，既然老師已經提告，就依法律途徑去走，性平會介入調查後有保存課堂錄音，自己站得住腳，並不害怕，但也希望大家能了解「事實有可能也是歧視」，並非謊言才構成性別不平等。
